Fenwood Farm supplies our organic chicken. John and Carol Fennema own the family-run farm located near Ancaster. They raise organic, grain-fed White Rock, Broiler Cockerel, and Pullet chickens. They’re some of the best quality chickens available in the province of Ontario.

YU Ranch is an award-winning farm that supplies us with only grass finished beef which is certified with Ontario Local Food Plus (LFP). Bryan and Cathy have been raising Texas Longhorn Cattle for more than a decade. Lean, pasture-raised longhorn steak has less fat, cholesterol, and calories than almost any other meat or poultry available.
DeBoer Farms
The DeBoer name in Dutch means “The Farmer” and he is second generation business that provides tender local AAA beef from his close friends in the Durham Region. Pat and Cor Deboer settled in Southern Ontario and began to work on farms and like many Canadians, along with their son Chris, laboured many hours to make a better life for their family. In 2010, Chris took over the family operation and with his parents advice, they encouraged him to build a strong team, continue spending time with the family, and to source only the best cattle around so people will come back again.

Steelhead Food Co. is a family-run fish and seafood facility built to store, process, and ship out the best quality fresh and frozen fish in Ontario. Husband and wife, Matt and Meg McTaggart started business in 2015 with a Cold Cube™ refrigeration unit installed in the back of their truck. Now they have their own facility in St. Thomas including a new retail store. All of their products are BAP and Ocean Wise Certified.
