The Atlantic Salmon Box is filled with salmon fillets from fish sustainably farmed in the cold waters of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The locations of farm sites are carefully selected to give fish the best environment in which to grow. The pens have predator nets to protect the salmon and are only filled to around 2% capacity. This allows them to school and replicate their natural behaviours.
